Students must be 14 years of age or older and possess their leaning permit prior to the first day of class.
Insurance companies are charging much higher premiums to parents of young drivers unless they complete a certified driver training course like DA Driving School. Your student receives all of the following experiences in this highly
Students must be 14 years of age or older and possess their leaning permit prior to the first day of class.
Insurance companies are charging much higher premiums to parents of young drivers unless they complete a certified driver training course like DA Driving School. Your student receives all of the following experiences in this highly effective driver training course.
- 30 hours of classroom instruction taught by a veteran Iowa certified teacher
- 240 minutes of substance abuse education.
- 20 minutes of railroad crossing safety.
- Provided instruction relating to organ donation under the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
- All DA Driving driver instructors are certified and hold a valid Iowa teaching license and driver education endorsement.
- 6 scheduled drives of behind-the-wheel guided instruction with an Iowa certified driver education instructor

Classroom sessions are self paced to accommodate students' busy schedules. Driving sessions are scheduled based on the individual student’s schedule.
